The Palaeodeserts project is an international, interdisciplinary project performing primary field work in Saudi Arabia. We are engaged in state-of-the art laboratory studies in many of the leading universities and research institutes in Europe and worldwide.
Students who wish to conduct Masters theses or doctoral (PhD) dissertations are welcome to contact key scholars involved in the Palaeodeserts project to discuss potential opportunities in the field and the lab. The Max Planck Institute for the Science of Human History, in Jena, Germany, also provides potential funding for post-graduate studies and post-doctoral fellowships.
