Yamandú Hieronymus Hilbert is a Fondation Fyssen post-doctoral researcher at Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) at the University of Lyon in France. Since 2005 he has conducted archaeological research across the North-African-Arabian arid belt.
His main interests lie in the analysis of stone tools of all ages, archaeological field techniques, geoarchaeology, geomorphology and archaeology of arid landscapes.
